How do I add a new plant to my collection?

To add a new plant, tap the "+" button on the home screen, then either choose from our plant database or create a custom plant entry. You can add photos and set care reminders for your new plant.

How do I set up watering reminders?

Navigate to your plant's profile, tap "Care Schedule," and select "Watering." You can set the frequency and preferred notification time for reminders.

Why isn't the plant identification working?

For best results, ensure your photo is well-lit and focused on the plant. The plant should be clearly visible and occupy most of the frame. If issues persist, try taking the photo from different angles.

How do I restore my premium subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscriptions > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Can I share my plants with other users?

Yes! You can share your plant collection by tapping the "Share" button on any plant profile. You can also collaborate with other users by creating a shared garden.

How do I export my plant care data?

Go to Settings > Data Management > Export Data. You can choose to export your entire plant care history or select specific plants to export.
